In therapy, you will be emphasizing psychopathology, your biopsychosocial responses, and how the past informs the present.

Schedule a Sample session with Beatriz to explore your goals and challenges. I like to call this a Chemistry session to see if we are the right fit for each other.
2. Co-create your Coaching Program
Together we’ll create a plan of work that fits your specific needs. Coaching usually lasts 3 to 6 months, depending on your goals
3. Completion of your journey
At the end of your coaching journey, we will review the transformation that you have accomplished, and get you ready to a life well-lived.
